Connecting with people when I first meet them.
My Story
My specialty is family transitions:
- Young professionals putting down roots in Denver
- Couples buying a first home without becoming house poor
- Families letting go of the home that's become too much house
- Downsizing, right-sizing, or moving parents to assisted living
And my clients build real wealth along the way: eight families bought with me, then trusted me again to sell — walking away with a combined $1.38 million in equity gains.*
A competitor since childhood (national tennis championship winner), I'm calm, persistent, and prepared in a bidding war. Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember — I grew up around the business and worked for the family brokerage. A few early corporate roles taught me quickly that I needed more connection in my work, so I headed up to Colorado's Rocky Mountains — skiing over 100 days a season while working three service jobs. Those years taught me that connecting with people is the work I love most, and that real estate could give me exactly that (plus the flexibility to ski a bluebird day).
My husband Matt has been in mortgage lending for 25 years, and our own experience with rental properties means that when I talk about real estate as an investment, it's not theory.
If you're facing a move — your first, your biggest, or your parents' hardest — let's talk.
